Mining Hose PVC (SABS)
PVC Mining hose is especially developed for the South African mining industry for the conditions in South African mines. The application range is varied from underground pneumatic drilling, conveying compressed air and water. It is manufactured to the SANS 1086:2007 specification and certified by the SABS as regulatory authority to ensure quality and to uphold safety standard in SA mines.
Dragline Hose (SABS)
Used in varied agricultural application mainly in irrigation where a hose is required to be resistant to stresses placed on the construction by being dragged. This SABS approved (SANS 271) hose was designed and built with SA agricultural conditions in mind and to offer a high quality certified product at an economical cost.
Water Suction (Heli-flex type)
Used in varied applications but mainly for the suction and light delivery of water based liquids and can also be used for light chemicals, effluents, and light abrasive applications. The product is available in standard duty yellow, heavy duty green or super elastic white. These products are fitted with ridged PVC helix.
Lay-flat Hose
Used in applications where a premium quality light weight hose that is easily handled and stored is required for the discharge or dewatering of water, light chemicals and other liquids in mining , agriculture and general industrial applications. This premium hose construction consists of separate liner (Black), reinforcement and cover (colour coded) and should not be confused with the inferior single (mono) extruded lay flat products. The product is available in Heavy duty Red, Medium duty Orange and Standard duty Blue. Available in sizes 40 to 200mm.
Ducting Hose (Heli-flex type)
Used in applications where a light construction hose is needed for the transfer or removal of fumes, gas, dust, saw dust and shavings. These products are fitted with ridged PVC helix, available in sizes 25 to 150mm.
PVC Fire Reel Hose (EN 694 + A1)
Used in fire reels or any other fire prevention applications where an economical and durability hose is required. The product is certified against European standard EN 694 +A1.
Crop Spray Hose
Used mainly in the agricultural sector for the high pressure spray of herbicides and insecticides in orchard and vineyards. Available in 12 and 20mm in 60 and 80 Bar working pressures.
Non-Toxic Hose
The following PVC hoses are classed as non-toxic due to the fact that they comply with the European directives that stipulate specification regarding raw and processed material that may come in contact with foodstuffs. European directives are preferred because they stay updated on a regular basis and stay informed with all new developments in the market compared to other governing bodies.
Clear Thick & Thin Wall Hose/Tube (Non Toxic)
Used in applications where an un-reinforced hose is required for low pressures or gravity feeds. Variants available in 3 to 50mm.
Clear Reinforced Hose (Non-Toxic)
Used in applications where higher pressures are required to convey foodstuffs, can also be used in general industrial applications in water, air and light chemical applications. Available in sizes 3 to 50mm with working pressures up to 20Bar.
Clear Heli-steel Hose (Non-Toxic)
Used in varied applications due to its extreme flexibility, but mainly for the suction and light delivery of foodstuffs and food liquids and can also be used for light chemicals, effluents, and light abrasive applications. This product is fitted with an embedded steel helix available in sizes 12 to 100mm.
Non- Toxic Suction (Heli-flex type)
Used in varied applications but mainly for the suction and light delivery of food stuffs and food liquids, can also be used for light chemicals, effluents, and light abrasive applications. These products are fitted with ridged PVC helix, available in sizes 25 to 100mm.
