Company Structure
In addition to the main stocking centre and head office in Johannesburg regional offices service customers’ requirement locally in their specific areas. We have regional offices in Johannesburg (Benrose), East Rand (Boksburg), Pretoria, Vereeniging, Cape Town and Nelspruit. These offices act as service centres with reasonable stock to serve the customers’ needs on a day to day basis.
Distribution
In addition to the Chick Henderson branch structure we offer a large and extensive national distribution network based in every large industrial and mining area.
Technical Support
Our team of dedicated and experienced external sales personnel can specify and design products on site to customer’s requirements. In addition in-house technical expertise can be called upon to design and specify. Chick Henderson also has a worldwide network of principal manufacturers that offer the widest rage of technical superior products and support to enable us to resolve any challenging application.
Assembly Services
All our branches are capable of making standard hose assemblies but for more technical assemblies that require testing and certification or high volume orders, we have a central assembly workshop situated in Johannesburg.
The assembly workshop has the capabilities to crimp industrial rubber and composite hose up to 100mm internal diameter, assembly and welding of flexible stainless steel hose and braid as well as handling high volume standard clamped assemblies. Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 300Bar is done in-house and we offer a “tag” traceability system in-house.
